Do you send out high pressure sales people to try and close "the deal"?
No, we do not have sales people. Our sales people are our technicians and designers. We simply want to provide you with the information you need to make a good decision. Hopefully this will help us earn your confidence.
Why would you spend your time coming out here if you are going to be turned away?
We appreciate the opportunity to speak with our prospective customers about any issues that they have because it allows us the opportunity to understand more about the needs of our customers.
When consulting about a product purchase do you bring products to my house that I can buy?
Short answer would be sometimes. We keep a limited stock of products on hand to keep our inventory costs low. If you need a product that we have we will bring it with and if you decide you want it great if not that's okay as well.
In regards to professional consultation how do I know your not ripping me off?
Good question. There are many companies from which you can get many different quotes for your problem. We suggest calling our competitors and seeing whats out there. There is nothing wrong with shopping around and getting the best deal. It is however important to understand we have little incentive to stear you the wrong way. If you are not satisfied with your products or service it will not make it easy for us to grow as a company.
